To pick up Gail's phrasing. Anyway, yes, hi, I'm Kira and new to this game, and I bring with me an OC from old World of Darkness, specifically the werewolf gameline.

He's a Red Talon, and that means that his tribe is made up of exclusively wolf-born werewolves whose first introduction into thinking like humans is teaching them how to kill without personal need. Generally, if your your character is human, has an affiliation with a concept of corrupting destruction or stiflingly rigid static, he's been taught that their death would benefit all of creation. He won't go about mindlessly murdering people or something, but the feeling is there and will influence his actions and thoughts, so there's an opt-out here.

That out of the way, say hello to Bob Laughs-at-the-Storm. Yes, Bob is lifted from Bob the Builder because the packmate who had to come up with something on the fly watched too much TV as a kid, and it just stuck (partially for the irony, though Laughs would claim otherwise). He's a human 16 and has been torn away from a prolonged trip up into the Finnish wilderness, so he'll be both fairly chill from what felt like a vacation to him and pretty upset about not being there any more. And being away from his pack. And the situation in general. On the other hand he should at least have a reasonably easy time dealing with the latter.

Laughs has been around Europe and the bordering areas a lot, but his homebase is in Southern Germany. As he's only been really learning about human behaviour for the last two and a half years, so a lot about them is still pretty baffling to him. He'll do his best to not stick out like a sore thumb, but really he's just not made for it.
