They're findable without tech - the Transformed Lands have, as much as is possible, been shifted into one 'region' of dream, and if he heads off in that region, he can find the Starmovers and their Harbingers. They're attempting to clean up the damage they did, but not the change - just to make their dreamscapes play nicely with the others, and confine them to one continuous region, so that it can be found or avoided like any other set of dreamscapes, not stumbled across or trespassing into existing areas.

Through the Harbingers, they'd be happy to answer any questions they can. They still have trouble seeing as other species do, but they can relay impressions and emotions, at least, if not always plainly.
