Chloe wants to use permanent liminality to prevent herself from being portaled to Questing Country (rather than being decanted there and using a portal to skip back to liminal space). So I guess first of all: would that work?
If it does work, I'm assuming that means she wouldn't get the clothes and money and whatever that investigators normally get. (Which is fine, it's her own fault if she decides to join the jaunt later and has problems) What I'm wondering is whether I should be coming up with a role for her anyway or if that would only happen once she actually sets foot in QC?
